Beau is a registered counselling psychologist with both academic training and real-world experience.

His broad experience equips him well for assisting any problem, however his areas of interest include the issues of adolescent and adult men, sleeping and sleep hygiene, mind-body disorders, and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression.
He is an LGBTQI-friendly practitioner with an empathic, pragmatic, and collaborative approach. He employs cognitive-behavioural techniques (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Practices (ACT), and Motivational work. However his specialty is Hypnosis, which he is trained and practiced in and wrote his dissertation about.
