Callum Thompson

Clinical Psychologist

Callum Thompson

Callum is a Clinical Psychologist who works with people across the lifespan, with a particular focus on adolescents and adults. He has experience supporting clients across a range of presentations in both public and private settings, including neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD and autism, as well as people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and disability-related challenges.

Callum is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space where strong rapport and trust can develop. He takes a neurodiversity-affirming, person-centred approach, tailoring evidence-based interventions to each individual's goals, strengths, and needs. His practice draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Callum enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and is committed to providing a culturally safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all clients, including people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and LGBTQIA+ communities. He is passionate about helping people better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change. He values the role of connection, belonging, and community in promoting psychological wellbeing and recovery.
