She has experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity and self-esteem concerns, and periods of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

Stephanie takes a collaborative, down-to-earth approach to therapy. She draws on evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma.

As a mum herself, Stephanie understands that life doesn’t always fit neatly into a textbook. She works with people across different stages of adulthood and creates a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves, whether they are navigating a difficult period, wanting to understand themselves better, or ready to make meaningful changes.

With a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and a background in clinical research, Stephanie combines professional expertise with a warm, human approach.
