Anthony is a clinical psychologist with diverse experience across public and private mental health sectors. He works with adult clients, firmly believing in everyone’s potential for growth and change.
Anthony’s approach to therapy is grounded in the therapeutic alliance. He works hard to create spaces where clients feel safe, supported, and heard. He provides evidence-based therapy for a range of mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem, loss and grief. Anthony also provides therapy related to sexual functioning and sexual health issues. He has a special interest in working with neurodiverse people, people living with a disability and working with LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Anthony’s therapeutic approaches include cognitive behaviour therapy, schema therapy and elements of dialectical behaviour therapy.
Anthony can also assist with a range of assessments and accompanying reports, including cognitive assessments, adult autism spectrum assessments and other clinical assessments for a range of purposes.
